The tools on this site
Our invoice, receipt and quote generators produce documents from what you type. They are not accounting software and they do not know your local requirements.
Invoicing rules differ by country and by business: tax identifiers, required wording, retention periods and numbering rules vary. A document produced here may not meet the requirements that apply to you. Have your accountant or a qualified adviser confirm it before you send it to a client or use it in a filing.
Calculator results are estimates produced by a simple model. Real loan repayments, taxes and totals depend on terms and rules the calculator does not know. Treat the output as a rough guide, not a quotation.
All of these run in your browser. Nothing you enter reaches our servers, which also means we hold no copy and cannot recover your work.
